So you can make an educated decision about whether or not to utilize Zenyo Payroll. The terms collectively, "Zenyo Payroll", "we", "us", "our", "platform" refers to the Zenyo Payroll
We only collect data that we truly require. Some of the information is voluntarily provided by you when you create an account, register for an event, contact customer service, or purchase anything from us. We keep track of your name and contact information, but not credit card details (except with your permission and in one of our secured payment gateways).

We gather your company name, your name, email address, IP address, and other information needed to conduct your transaction when you sign up with Zenyo Payroll.
When you: a) Register to use our services; b) Fill out online forms; c) Interact with us on social media; and d) Contact us via other methods, such as email or telephone, we gather information about you. Cookies or other technical methods may be used to do this.
Your acceptance of the Agreement includes your consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We may amend our Privacy Policy from time to time so please review it periodically.

You are entrusting data to us if you use a Zenyo Payroll mobile app and allow it access to your contacts and photo library. Service data refers to the information you give to us for processing.
Your service data is yours to keep. We safeguard it, restrict access to it, and only use it to carry out your orders. You may see it, share it with others through third-party integrations, and ask us to export or remove it.
We can only guarantee you a certain amount of privacy. Personal information will be disclosed to comply with a legal requirement, prevent fraud, enforce an agreement, or protect the safety of our users. We presently do not acknowledge. Do Not Track signals from web browsers; but, whenever a global standard for handling them arises, we will adhere to it.

All Zenyo Payroll websites that link to it are bound by this Privacy Policy. It also applies to Zenyo Payroll's products and services offered on these websites, our mobile applications, and applications offered on Zenyo Payroll's online marketplace and other third-party online marketplaces. Any of our websites, goods, or services that have their own privacy policies are not covered by this policy.
To complete the account signup process, we ask for information such as your name, contact number, email address, company name, and country when you sign up for an account to access one or more of our services. You'll also have to select a unique username and password for the account you just established. You can optionally provide us with other information such as a photo, time zone, and language, but this is not required to create an account.
We may include your name and other personal information in testimonials about our products and services that you permit us to post on websites. We save the cardholder's name and address, the expiration date, and the last four digits of the credit card number when you enter your card information. The real credit card number is not saved. If you grant us your permission, we may keep your credit card information or other payment information in an encrypted manner on the secure servers of our Payment Gateway Service Providers for quick processing of future payments.
On our websites, we provide publicly accessible blogs, brochures, books and forums. Please keep in mind that any information you submit on these blogs and forums might be used to send you unwanted communications. Referrals : If someone has referred any of our products or services to you through any of our referral programs, that person may have provided us your name, email address and other personal information. You may contact us at contact@zenyohr.com to request that we remove your information from our database. If you provide us information about another person, or if another person gives us your information, we will only use that information for the specific reason for which it was provided to us.
It is not possible to unsubscribe from the Zenyo Payroll system. You must keep a valid email address linked with your account in order to receive emails about your account and open any attachments.
We take precautions to protect your personal information when you submit it to us. When you give us information via the Zenyo Payroll website or mobile app, that information is protected both online and offline. The reason for this is because we want the safety of your data to be in accordance with the safety of our own data.
In order to restructure, grow, or extend our business, we may decide to sell, purchase, combine, or otherwise reorganize our business in the United States or abroad, or to share, rent, buy, or sell business assets. In these sorts of transactions, it is our goal to seek proper protection for information. Customer information will be one of the transferred assets if our complete company or the Zenyo Payroll application asset is purchased.
Some of our mobile applications have access to the camera, call history, contact information, photo library, and other information on your mobile device if you choose to enable it. To perform their services, our applications require such access. When you choose to provide access, location-based data is gathered for a variety of purposes, including but not limited to identifying nearby contacts and creating location-based reminders. This information will be shared with our mapping providers purely for the purpose of mapping user locations. By adjusting the settings on your mobile device, you can block the mobile applications' access to this information at any moment.
Our products and services are not intended for children under the age of thirteen. Zenyo Payroll does not intentionally collect personally identifiable information from minors under the age of 13 for its own purposes. If we learn that a child under the age of 16 has given us personal information, we will take steps to remove it. If you feel a kid under the age of 13 has supplied us with personal information, please send an email to privacy@zenyohr.com with the facts, and we will take the appropriate steps to erase the information we have on that child. However, you can collect information about persons who may be children using our products. You accept and agree that if you process information on minors, you will be held accountable.
We work hard to ensure that the personal information you give is treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy, including conducting periodic assessments. To successfully resolve your concerns, we'll contact you and, if necessary, work with the respective regulatory authorities.
We reserve the right to change the Privacy Policy at any time by sending you a service notice or an email to your primary email address. However, if your email address has not been validated, you may miss critical information that we send by email.
